Fringed Leather jacket

Is this outfit too over-the-top?

I know this sounds weird, but I am an aspiring fashionista. I am going shopping with a few friends tomorrow, and I was planning on wearing distressed, dark-wash skinny jeans, white tank top, studded cloth belt low-slung over tank, leather jacket (cute not dude), and either black fringed Minnetonka boots or black Converse one-stars. Is this too over-the-top for a 13 year old?
Also I’m so not into flowers…pink is okay though

What kind of guy is more attractive?

Ok, please tell me because I am stuck between two style and do not know which one this is at the moment
Mid length hair and cut across fringe kind of like the beatles rubber soul album cover and i wear jeans and an oldies band t shirt sometimes a satchel and an hat from the 60s style
And this is the second time of how i use to be is like about a year ago is leather jacket and leather pants with long hair go to my chest with bleeched and teased
what is better and why i am really stuck

I have fringe on my seat ,fringe on my saddlebags fringe hanging from my handlebars , My leather jacket has fringe I like the fringe look , is this out of style ? a young lady siad I looked like I stepped out of the 60s and only gay men are into fringe .give me your feed back on this , and be nice dang it
