Can an old suede coat be resized smaller?

It’s a heavy vintage western suede jacket with fringes, a flea market find. The length is fine but the jacket is too big at the shoulders by 3/4 inch on each side, the chest is too big and the sleeves need to lose 1 inch. Is this a realistic project for a tailor or would it be too complicated and costly?

How can I fix a small rip in my suede jacket?
